Summary: Everything about the resort was exceptional with one exception: none of the restaurants had air conditioning when it was so hot there (August). So, we all lacked the desire to eat there and chose a restaurant off premise. Otherwise, I would have never left the resort! Great property and amenities! The concierge staff were terrific!

Summary: Beautiful grounds . Room size was nice update needed . Food options major issue . Poor selection of choices . The one breakfast option was a over priced Buffet . One place in the entire resort to get coffee . My girlfriend got stuck in the Shower need i say more

Summary: Well maintained property. Nice staff. Despite minor seaweed on beach...it was awesome! They remove seaweed in am. Waves made for enjoyable body surf day! Also beach side food was great!

Summary: The property is dated, needs renovations. There is nothing to do after dinner, not even a nice bar to sit at in evening hours with music. They had something every night but it was outside and again all the seating was dated, not welcoming at all. The beach is full of seaweed. The check in process long standing in heat, our room wasn’t ready, they sent us to an outdoor bar to wait for another hour. Misplaced our baggage with all the electronic and we had to find it ourselves. It was next to other guest luggage. Poor customer service. Not worth the money! Won’t stay there again!

Summary: This is a beautiful resort with all kinds of wonderful landscaping and buildings and everything is an excellent order and is high end. We loved our stay there and we appreciated the hospitality, especially from Shaquille at the front desk. We definitely will come back! We especially liked the variety of restaurants and pools and activities and things to do right there at the resort.
